This role will be based in Manila Philippines, and will report into the Direct Sales lead based in Singapore. Responsibilities: - You will prospect to build pipeline and strong relationships across the Philippines market — generating opportunities both for yourself and in support of the broader sales team. - You will drive outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, networking events, and referrals to consistently create new qualified opportunities. - You will own and overachieve your assigned pipeline generation and activity targets. - You will qualify inbound and self-sourced leads, run early discovery, and hand off well-developed opportunities to Account Executives while staying involved through the sales cycle where needed. - You will maintain reliable pipeline hygiene, accurate forecasts, and activity tracking in CRM systems. - You'll attentively listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams. - You are expected to create and own your plan towards achieving the goals set by the business. - Maintaining, building, and managing relationships internally and externally with customers and partners for your territory — including existing relationships and aspirational contacts — is vital. - You'll proactively solve problems even if they're outside your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge. - You will develop a deep understanding of the Lark platform and clearly communicate its value proposition to prospective customers.
