This role will be based in Manila Philippines, and will report into the Direct Sales lead based in Singapore. Responsibilities: - You will own business development and market expansion across the Philippines, personally driving new revenue within large enterprises, conglomerates, and strategic key accounts. - You will identify, shape, and close complex, high-value opportunities — owning the full sales cycle end to end, from executive engagement and stakeholder mapping through commercial negotiation, procurement, and contract execution. - You will own and overachieve an enterprise-level quota, taking full accountability for revenue outcomes in your territory. - You will build and execute a strategic territory and account plan, prioritizing the highest-value enterprise targets and orchestrating multi-threaded pursuits across the organization. - You will create reliable forecasts, manage a complex pipeline, and drive platform adoption and expansion within marquee enterprise accounts. - You will negotiate favorable pricing and commercial terms with enterprise decision-makers by articulating differentiated business value and ROI at the executive level. - You will build and sustain trusted, executive-level relationships with C-suite and decision-makers, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor rather than a vendor. - You'll act as the voice of the Philippines enterprise market — surfacing structured insights to product and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategy. - You will lead cross-functional deal teams (Solutions, Customer Success, Legal, Partners), rallying internal resources to win and expand strategic accounts. - You will proactively navigate ambiguity and complex buying dynamics, anticipating the business drivers behind every opportunity and removing barriers to close. - You will develop deep expertise in the Lark platform and translate it into compelling, tailored value propositions for enterprise customers.
