Account Executive Manager

Lead and manage a team of enterprise sales to achieve sales targets and revenue goals Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to penetrate and expand market share in the enterprise segment Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to help them develop skills and achieve individual targets Set performance goals and metrics for the sales team and monitor progress Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members as needed to support business growth Collaborate with leaders from internal teams — Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers — to streamline sales processes and enhance customer satisfaction Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement Manage key client relationships and participate in high-level negotiations as needed Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to senior management Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the enterprise segment 10+ years experience in Sales & 3+ years of management experience as a sales manager Strong track record of achieving and surpassing targets Experience using CRM, Pipeline Management, and Analytic tools Motivated to coach, enable, and mentor selling professionals Experience leading through value-driven and solution-oriented sales cycles Comfortable building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders Experience in consultative selling with a focus on business outcomes and value definition Desire to challenge the sales motion change and optimize sales processes Thrives in a fast-paced international environment — takes initiative and shares findings with the team At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs.
