About the team This team helps fashion marketplace sellers and brands succeed by guiding them through store setup, performance optimization, and campaign execution. We provide strategic insights, foster influencer collaborations, and ensure brands thrive on the platform. In this role you will be responsible for delivering impact on the growth of merchants, by acquiring, and helping the sellers to succeed on platform, as well as delivering best customer experience by providing best service. Responsibilities: - Own and manage a portfolio of key brands and top marketplace sellers contributing significant GMV to the category - Build strong, trust-based relationships with sellers and brands to drive long-term growth and partnership - Develop and execute growth strategies across key levers (assortment, pricing, campaigns, livestream, affiliates, ads) to increase GMV and A/B share - Lead campaign planning and execution (e.g. brand days, mega campaigns), including deal negotiation and alignment on targets - Identify and unlock growth opportunities for managed sellers, including content and livestream strategies to improve conversion - Drive adoption of platform tools and monetization programs to maximize seller performance - Monitor and improve seller performance metrics (conversion rate, cancellation/return rate, shipping lead time, etc.) to ensure strong user experience - Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to sellers - Act as point-of-contact (POC) for key initiatives or projects within the category as needed
