Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 10 years of experience in Product Strategy, Product Management, Business Administration, HR Strategy, Talent Management, or Management consulting with working across HR and Product teams on programs. Experience building Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered tools for employees or consumers, with experience in applying AI to product development. Experience in managing and developing end-to-end products from ideation to implementation, tracking and reporting out on success metrics, and driving improvement.
