The team leads the end-to-end management of platform campaigns, working across multiple functions to bring campaigns from concept to execution and review. This includes campaign planning and timeline coordination, resource setup and configuration, and close collaboration with cross-functional partners such as Category, Content, and Creator teams. We are also responsible for campaign performance tracking, data analysis, and post-mortem reporting, translating campaign results into insights that guide future optimizations. The team operates in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak campaign periods, and values structure, clarity, and data-driven decision-making. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period Responsibilities - Assisting in campaign data tracking and reporting to monitor performance metrics such as GMV, orders, participation, and achievement rates - Supporting data cleaning, validation, and basic analysis to help identify trends and insights - Helping maintain and improve campaign trackers and dashboards for accuracy and usability - Assisting in project coordination, including timeline tracking, task follow-ups, and documentation - Creating basic visual assets or presentation materials using Figma and/or Canva for internal reporting or campaign support - Supporting post-campaign reviews by organizing data and insights into structured summaries
