This role drives category growth and business strategy across the Mom & Babies & Health categories by leveraging data-driven insights, market intelligence, and commercial initiatives to accelerate business performance and strengthen category competitiveness across key category verticals. Responsibilities: 1. Category Strategy & Business Planning - Develop and execute category growth strategies across Mom & Babies & Health - Support business planning through market analysis, performance tracking, and growth forecasting - Identify category opportunities, industry trends, and competitive insights to support strategic decision-making - Recommend growth initiatives to improve category performance and business sustainability 2. Business Analytics & Insights - Analyze business performance trends and derive actionable insights to support category growth - Conduct seller-level and category-level deep dives to identify opportunities and key business drivers - Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and business narratives for stakeholders - Solve business challenges through structured problem-solving and data-driven recommendations - Build and maintain reporting frameworks and performance trackers to support business reviews 3. Commercial & Ecosystem Development - Partner with internal stakeholders to support commercial initiatives and category development plans - Support strategic initiatives focused on seller growth, ecosystem expansion, and business scalability - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align category priorities and execution plans - Monitor consumer, creator, and market trends to identify emerging opportunities within the e-commerce landscape 4. Content & Creator-Led Strategy - Support strategies that strengthen content-driven commerce across affiliate, LIVE, and short-form video ecosystems - Identify opportunities to improve creator participation and content ecosystem development - Analyze content and consumer trends to support category growth initiatives
