This role serves as the key point of contact between central and local teams, driving alignment between strategy, data insights, and execution. You will be responsible for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of operational programs by identifying performance gaps, scaling best practices, and driving data-driven solutions to business challenges. The role also supports strategic planning through market insights, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate business growth. Responsibilities 1. Lead and execute strategic initiatives or project to drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational priorities. 2. Manage business projects end-to-end, including process optimization, operating model enhancements, incentive program design, and cross-functional go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. 3. Partner closely with regional Product and Operations teams to define business requirements, influence product roadmaps, and ensure successful feature launches and adoption. 4. Leverage data-driven insights to identify performance gaps, recommend solutions, and support strategic decision-making. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, drive execution, and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives.
