Team Introduction Global AI & Cloud Solution is dedicated to delivering end-to-end, AI and cloud-native solutions for global automotive and ecosystem clients, with a core focus on the industry-specific deployment of large language models. We serve a diverse clientele spanning automakers (passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, construction machinery, etc.), dealerships, component suppliers, and adjacent service providers. Operationally, we drive industry-driven innovations across high-impact scenarios including intelligent driving, smart cockpits, and digital marketing. Technologically, we are anchored in large language models and cloud computing, while leveraging synergies across big data, content, and video technologies to offer full-stack capabilities that extend from foundational computing infrastructure to scenario-specific application layers. We are seeking a Cloud Solution Architect with extensive experience in the automotive industry ecosystem to support the business expansion of China& Global OEMs and their upstream/downstream partners outside Mainland China. In this role, you will design and implement AI-driven cloud solutions across various domains, including but not limited to Marketing & Sales, Intelligent Connectivity, and Autonomous Driving. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills and hands-on experience with the latest AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies. You must be able to bridge the gap between complex AI/Cloud technologies and scalable, practical industry solutions that align with specific business scenarios and customer needs. Responsibilities 1. LLM-Based Industry Solution Design & Implementation - Business Alignment: Leverage deep business insights and technical sensitivity to integrate LLM technology with real-world customer scenarios, identifying high-value, actionable application directions. - Tech Innovation: Continuously track cutting-edge LLM technologies and product capabilities, proactively identifying latent customer needs and translating them into executable solutions. 2. Pre-sales & Solution Support - Technical Consulting: Work closely with sales teams and industry stakeholders to support pre-sales technical engagements for customers across the automotive ecosystem value chain. - Architecture Delivery: Translate customer business objectives into clear cloud architectures and technical roadmaps. Provide ongoing architectural support during Proof of Concept (PoC) and delivery phases. 3. Customer Success & Ecosystem Collaboration - Trusted Advisor: Act as a technical consultant to deeply understand customers' business requirements in overseas markets and provide constructive strategic recommendations. - Synergy: Collaborate with internal product and R&D teams, as well as external ecosystem partners, to continuously refine and optimize solutions for the automotive industry.
