Responsibilities: - Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for a specific cluster/category; - Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans; - Monitor the merchant ecosystem, discover high-potential merchants and explosive new product opportunities, while being alert with risks; - Implement and manage important merchant strategies; - Lead the entire team, ensuring OKRs are met
