Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Management or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager-related occupation. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Management or a related field or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations Manager-related occupation. Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Problem solving using structured methodologies like DMAIC or 8D for Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and applying data-driven critical thinking to resolve ambiguous business issues and systemic process failures. Team leadership using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and people management, including the implementation of OKRs and 360-degree performance feedback. Navigating teams and stakeholders through organizational ambiguity and change by executing structured change management methodologies, including comprehensive impact analysis and risk mitigation. Executive stakeholder management and influence through strategic alignment sessions, translating complex operational data into compelling executive-level business cases and financial summaries. Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales Operations, or Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations, focused on optimizing the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process, managing the CRM tech stack, and developing territory design and forecasting models.
