Consulting Project Technical Manager

Oracle is seeking an experienced Consulting Project Manager to lead complex telecom OSS/BSS delivery projects for enterprise customers. This role will manage end-to-end project execution across business, IT, vendor, and partner stakeholders, with a focus on Charging & Billing, Order Management, Inventory Management, OSM, UIM, and related telecom solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management experience, native-level Japanese communication skills, and the ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, resources, and customer expectations in a fast-paced consulting environment.
