Creator Communications & Operations Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

The Massive Creator team develops data-driven initiatives and scalable frameworks that accelerate creator growth and enhance the overall health of the ecosystem through acquisition, growth, and retention. In this role, you will be deeply involved in full lifecycle creator management, primarily focusing on creator outreach, in-app and out-of-app resources, creator education and incubation. Responsibilities - Coordinate closely with Creator Management and Regional teams to identify recurring creator needs and translate them into clear, structured educational or informational resources; - Support the planning, organization, and rollout of Creator Resources across Creator Center, including in-app inbox notifications, banners, and internal communications platforms; - Assist in updating, maintaining, and optimizing creator-facing guides, announcements, and resource hubs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely distribution; - Provide basic design and KV editing support (e.g., resizing, localization, simple layout updates) for creator communications and campaigns, in line with existing brand and design guidelines; - Support creator channels by assisting with resource preparation, and rollout of communication initiatives as needed; - Monitor creator FAQs, platform updates, and community feedback to proactively flag gaps, recurring issues, or opportunities to improve creator resources; - Support cross-functional workflows by helping manage timelines, documentation, and stakeholder alignment across multiple teams.
