With a strong emphasis on data-driven performance analysis, content innovation (like livestreams and short videos), and collaborative execution, the team plays a key role in boosting platform engagement, efficiency, and e-commerce brand visibility. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies for the Philippines creator market on the E-Commerce platform, driving key metrics including creator growth, content quality, and conversion efficiency - Integrate and coordinate resources across departments to implement projects aligned with core business development directions, iterating and refining scalable methodologies to accelerate ecosystem growth - Conduct topic analysis on the creator ecosystem, effective business evaluation and monitoring, identifying opportunities through data analysis to support goal setting and strategic recommendations - Collaborate closely with central and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and alignment of creator-related initiatives
