Design and scale customer-facing digital journey communications for Oracle Health Customer Success, defining how, when, and what we communicate to customers across onboarding, adoption, value realization, QBRs, renewals, expansion, executive engagement, and critical customer moments. This role owns the external digital journey communications strategy for Gen 2 products, AI Agents, and Success Navigator expansion, translating product innovation and Customer Success priorities into proactive, consistent, high-quality messaging that improves customer engagement, adoption, satisfaction, retention, and growth.
