Early Careers Project Intern (Early Careers) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
The Early Careers team plays an integral part as a key focal point between the business and students. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students that showcase the organization's people, culture & technology through events and programs to attract, and recruit high potential students. We are looking for an Early Careers Project Intern to support the planning and execution of internship and campus engagement initiatives. In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure to program coordination, event management, and campus recruitment operations, while working closely with the team to enhance intern experience and build strong university talent pipelines. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to real programs that support interns and early-career talent across the region. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. - Support the planning and execution of intern engagement initiatives, including sharing sessions, networking events, and learning activities aimed at enhancing the overall intern experience. - Coordinate logistics and operational arrangements for intern-related events and activities (e.g., scheduling, communications, materials preparation, and virtual/on-site event support). - Assist in maintaining internship program data and dashboards, supporting tracking of intern participation, engagement metrics, and program outcomes. - Provide operational support for credit-bearing internship registration and documentation processes, including coordinating required submissions and liaising with relevant stakeholders. Campus Recruitment - Support campus recruitment initiatives, including outreach activities, intern and graduate recruitment coordination. - Assist with the preparation of event and recruitment materials (e.g., EDMs, posters, presentation decks, and communication content). - Maintain and update the student and candidate database, helping the team track talent pipelines and recruitment progress. - Monitor and manage the campus recruitment mailbox, triaging inquiries from students, universities, and internal stakeholders and ensuring timely responses.
