Responsibilities - Lead the resolution of complex Employee Relations (ER) cases in Asia Pacific countries, including performance management, employee grievances, redundancies, long-term absences, disciplinary matters, and organizational restructures. - Provide strategic guidance and counsel to business leaders on disciplinary actions, policy interpretation, and employment practices in alignment with regional standards. - Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of ER cases, including investigation summaries, analysis, and supporting materials. - Design and deliver targeted training programs to enhance the capability of HR Business Partners and leaders in making informed ER decisions. - Conduct and support thorough, independent investigations into complex HR issues, applying sound judgment and critical thinking to reach well-supported conclusions. - Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and leaderships in respective APAC countries to promote and maintain positive employee relations. - Partner with legal and investigations teams to assess risk and provide balanced, well-calibrated recommendations for resolution. - Analyze ER trends and identify root causes to drive proactive solutions and effective corrective action plans.
