Employment Tax Manager

Manage and monitor employment tax and social security risks across APAC; 2. Execute specific tax related processes/activities following agreed global standard processes and governance framework and identify opportunities for standardization and simplification; 3. Ensure that all of the employment tax compliance obligations are met, including in-house preparation and submission of returns and working in partnership with external advisors; 4. Process employment tax payments within relevant statutory deadlines; 5. Coordinate with external advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings; 6. Ensure mapping and documentation of all employment tax processes and identify areas for improvement; 7. Perform tax research and propose recommendations based on findings; 8. Provide employment tax advice to all business units within the APAC ByteDance group; 9. Manage employment tax and social security audits; 10. Provide internal and external audit support, including data analysis; 11. Detail oriented, excellent analytical skills, ability to take initiative with a strong interest in international employment taxes.
