The person in this role will need to have experience solving complex problems and comparing alternative solutions, trade offs, and different points of view. This person is an organizational force skilled at complex calendaring and heavy travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time and onsite in our Menlo Park office at least 4 days every week. Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities Coordinate internal and external meetings Manage complex calendar set-up and movement Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions Collaborate and communicate closely with others in the executive’s office on developing, managing and maintaining operational processes and information flow Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings Build cross-functional relationships between departments Partner closely with team leaders and lead admins Communicate key organization and company updates to admins and cross-functional partners General office duties as needed Minimum Qualifications 6+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives 6+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives 6+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives Experience prioritizing multiple projects Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Preferred Qualifications Prior or current experience supporting VPs or C-level executives at large scale tech company Prior or current experience supporting an executive’s office with a team of other administrative partners and/or operations personnel Consistent track record of ensuring confidentiality and discretion in all partnerships Experience driving events and fostering team collaboration and values Demonstrates attention to detail, responsible, proactive, drives tasks to completion Experience of consistently working under your own initiative, seeking feedback and input where appropriate while managing projects, multi-tasking, and changing direction quickly if needed Experience building and maintaining trust with leadership and partners Experience collaborating and partnering closely with other administrative professionals and key cross functional partners Experience building, managing and influencing cross-functional business stakeholder relationships Experience managing logistics across multiple teams Experience mentoring and coaching admins Experience driving strategic projects BA/BS Degree Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies About Meta Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
