It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports. Responsibilities: - Work closely with business team and strategy team, provide optimized financial solutions or advice to support business requirements. - Prepare and review managerial budget and rolling forecasts; track financial performance and conduct related financial analysis. - Collaborate with the Platform team to build and refine finance-related processes that support new business initiatives, improve efficiency, and control business risk. - Review non-standard deals and contracts/agreements and assess risks and exposures in accordance with Company accounting policy. - Evaluate the reasonableness of finance-related processes, including but not limited to quotation, coupons, and billing adjustments. - Determine revenue recognition rules for different business scenarios and assess the reasonableness of cloud-product metering and billing. - Prepare monthly journal entries for revenue and accounts receivable accounts as part of the monthly close. - Conduct budget control, engage in business operations, and review project applications; review and approve contracts, payments, and procurement from a financial perspective. - Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis, with focus on revenue accounting as well as order-to-cash cycles.
