About The Role: As the Finance Business Partner for Monetization Commerce Advertising, you will drive the financial strategy by providing granular oversight of ad revenue, acquisition costs, and marketing expenditures. You will be responsible for engineering sophisticated analytical models and integrating AI-driven solutions to automate data workflows. Your mission is to transform complex data into actionable insights, providing the professional financial stewardship necessary to scale business performance. - Budget Forecasting & Execution Monitoring: Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly rolling forecasts for the E-commerce advertising business. Build budget control and profitability models, perform real-time variance analysis, and provide early warnings for deviations to help the business optimize spending pace and ensure financial targets are met. - Operational Analysis & Data Insights: Analyze core advertising KPIs—including Revenue, Gross Margin, ROI/ROAS, eCPM, and CAC—to identify growth bottlenecks. Deep-dive into metric fluctuations and deliver professional reports that provide actionable financial advice for strategic adjustments and cost optimization. - Specialized Business Support: Provide financial modeling and ROI assessments for product iterations, major sales campaigns, channel expansion, and pricing strategies. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Product, and Data teams to align data definitions and resolve complex "business-finance" integration issues. - AI Empowerment & Process Optimization: Leverage AI tools to automate data reconciliation, report generation, and financial analysis, building intelligent templates to increase precision and efficiency. Continuously refine workflows and drive data transparency to adapt to the fast-paced requirements of E-commerce advertising operations.
