Responsibilities - Own the monthly payroll operations delivery for assigned countries/regions, ensuring all upstream payroll-related data preparation, validation, approval, and execution processes are completed accurately, timely, and smoothly. - Understand and manage payroll data logic, operational workflows, and governance requirements across different countries - Analyze recurring issues, operational cases, and data patterns in day-to-day payroll operations - Partner closely with HR Tech and other cross-functional teams to improve system integration, data connectivity, and automation
