Complete the monthly review on salary data sources of assigned countries on time to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all data sources related to salary; 2. Complete the annual operation related to salary data sources of global markets on time, including but not limited to: review of global payroll SOP, operations of annual salary increase and promotion, coordination and payment management of annual and mid-year bonus; 3. Be familiar with the management mode of data sources in global markets to ensure that the data source submission and approval process meet the development needs of the company and business; 4. Through the precipitation and analysis of issues related to salary data sources, collaborate with other teams to constantly iterate and standardize the operation model of salary data sources; 5. Cooperate with the internal HR technology team to promote the intelligent connection between the external payroll system and internal upstream data source system; 6. Other work related to payroll operation assigned by superiors.
