Able to quickly grasp business status and team operations, understand business strategies, and promote the effective implementation of HR strategies within business units. - Based on the status of the business team, clearly define competency models, design employee career development paths and training programs, and effectively formulate and implement talent development plans with proper follow-up. - In line with business development needs, apply professional theories, methodologies, and tools to provide comprehensive HR solutions for business teams, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations. - Establish effective and diversified communication channels within the team to ensure smooth information flow within the organization, and promote corporate culture building and employee engagement.
