Responsibilities - Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle (i.e. Onboarding, Leave Management and Offboarding) - Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and operational procedures. - Assist in maintaining and improving HR operational processes to ensure they are clear, efficient, and consistent. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other HR Operations teams across regions. - Help ensure HR processes are managed in line with local labour regulations and company policies. - Handle employee inquiries and provide timely support to help resolve HR-related questions or issues. - Assist with HR projects, process improvements, and data tracking to support better operational efficiency.
