About Lark Marketing APAC Team Join our dynamic Lark Marketing APAC team, a pivotal part of the Lark Go-to-Market (GTM) crew! As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Visual and Video Content Creation (60%) - Design graphics, infographics, and other visual assets for use across digital platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and websites. - Create short-form and long-form videos for marketing campaigns, product highlights, and brand storytelling, coordinate with vendors to execute video production projects. - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute visually engaging content aligned with brand guidelines. - Stay updated on the latest design trends and recommend improvements to enhance our visual presence. 2. End-to-end B2B Marketing (20%) - Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and creation of sales enablement materials. - Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, gather feedback, and report on performance. - Support email marketing efforts, including designing templates and scheduling campaigns. 3. Data Analytics and Reporting (20%) - Analyze performance metrics for marketing campaigns, such as social media engagement, email open rates, and website traffic. - Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI. - Support A/B testing efforts and monitor results for continuous optimization. - Help maintain marketing dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
