Internal Communications Manager - Corporate Services - APAC
Corporate Services Communications supports employee-facing communications across a wide range of workplace and service topics. The team works across regions and functions to help employees understand operational changes, prepare for new services, navigate disruptions, and know where to get support. In practice, our work spans workplace operations, food and catering programs, office openings and relocations, physical security and safety topics, employee mobility and travel-related communications, onboarding content, local announcement planning, training materials, FAQs, canned responses, and communication playbooks. The team partners closely with regional stakeholders across Corporate Services and adjacent teams. Responsibilities - Own employee-facing communications for Corporate Services programs, with a focus on APAC offices. - Translate complex operational topics into clear, structured, and audience-appropriate employee messaging. - Draft and edit key communication materials, including announcements, FAQs, leadership notes, launch comms, onboarding content, service guides, training decks, and stakeholder briefings. - Develop rollout strategies for high-impact or sensitive launches, defining audiences, timing, channels, escalation paths, and support messaging. - Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Workplace, Security, EHS, Catering, Mobility, RE&F, Procurement, HRBP, PR, Legal, vendors, and operations teams to align on practical, employee-centered communication approaches. - Manage multiple communication projects end to end, building clear plans, driving approvals, surfacing risks, and ensuring timely, accurate delivery. - Strengthen communication systems and employee experience by creating reusable frameworks, templates, SOPs, training resources, and using feedback insights to improve messaging and adoption.
