Machine Learning Engineer (User Growth) - Global Payment - Singapore

The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. The Global Payments Compliance team's duty is to establish a comprehensive and strong compliance foundation with sanction screening, transaction monitoring, risk rating system to systematically enable business models, revenue growth, and protect executives from possible legal liabilities for ByteDance (e.g. TikTok Live, TikTok Shop). Responsibilities - Responsible for the machine learning model and strategy development for Global Payment User Growth, accountable for metrics of payment and financial products in core transaction scenarios such as TikTok Shop/TikTok Live/ TikTok Ads, etc. Drive business growth by enhancing User Experience and conversion efficiency through personalized traffic allocation and marketing subsidies; - Responsible for machine learning model research in User Growth, including Deep Learning, Causal Inference, and Operational Optimization, to empower business growth; - Deeply explore the data, strategies, and algorithms to improve the efficiency of user growth and conversion; - Explore the application of LLM-related technologies in User Growth.
