Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Hardware Engineering-related occupation. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Hardware Engineering-related occupation. Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: Technical leadership or People management for team development and project execution. Design and validation of interacting hardware subsystems or Hardware system integration. Applying systems architecture principles or System design for optimizing system testability, performance, reliability, and cost. Root-cause failure analysis or System-level debugging of hardware and software systems to triage and implement corrective actions.
