About the team This role is responsible for shaping and promoting Lark’s brand image, supporting customer success initiatives, and driving internal operational efficiency in the Japan market. Aligned with overall business strategy, it formulates and executes effective marketing plans and activities to enhance brand awareness and accelerate business growth. Working closely with the commercial team, this position leads cross-functional projects, organizes high-impact marketing events, and ensures smooth day-to-day operations. It also serves as a vital bridge between the Japan and China teams, facilitating seamless communication, deepening customer engagement, and consistently driving influence and performance improvements. Responsibilities: - Lead content and event marketing strategies for the Japan market to drive brand awareness and sustainable business growth - Maintain and optimize official website content, ensuring high-quality presentation of customer case studies, solution pages, and press releases - Strategize and manage social media presence and official accounts to amplify brand visibility and foster community engagement - Lead end-to-end planning and execution of marketing events, ranging from large-scale exhibitions and industry forums to high-touch executive roundtables - Partner with Sales, CSM, and cross-functional teams to identify and transform customer success stories into compelling marketing assets - Support and accelerate the sales pipeline by designing tailored marketing programs and content aligned with key industries and specific client needs
