Responsibilities - Strategic Ecosystem Development: Build and manage a high-performing network of channel partners, resellers, and strategic alliances to accelerate the adoption of AI image and video solutions. - Partner Onboarding & Enablement: Identify, recruit, and empower new partners—including agencies, System Integrators (SIs), media firms, and cloud providers—to ensure they are fully equipped to sell BytePlus solutions. - Collaborative Revenue Growth: Lead co-selling initiatives with partners into enterprise and public-sector accounts, actively opening new business relationships and driving partner-led revenue. - Market-Leading Solution Positioning: Effectively position ByteDance AI models as a scalable, cost-effective alternative to traditional video production to disrupt existing industry workflows. - Pipeline & Performance Ownership: Take full accountability for pipeline creation and revenue growth, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities through established and new routes to market. - Own end-to-end partner lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance management - Build joint go-to-market plans with cloud partners to generate and accelerate pipeline for public cloud customers - Collaborate with internal sales and pre-sales teams to co-sell and close partner-sourced opportunities - Track partner KPIs, MDF utilization, and contribution to revenue targets - Represent the company at partner events, QBRs, and executive engagements
