About this team The Mother & Baby FMCG team is responsible for driving the growth of one of the platform's most strategic consumer categories, spanning baby care, maternal products, nutrition, and family essentials. We partner closely with leading brands, merchants, creators, and cross-functional teams to build category strategies, drive commercial growth, and deliver an engaging shopping experience for millions of users. Combining data-driven decision-making with innovative commerce solutions, the team plays a key role in shaping the future of social commerce in the Mother & Baby space. Category Data Tracking & Analysis Support - Update performance trackers to monitor key metrics and areas for improvement - Support in strategizing and executing plans to address key category priorities and projects - Lead special projects and programs that strategically align with overall category direction and priorities 2. Competitor Analysis - Conduct in-depth studies of competitor actions and strategies, providing analysis and recommendations for counteraction plans - Analyze price competitiveness to inform pricing strategies and enhance market positioning of the category - Provide executional support in setting up promotional tools and mounting special projects in order to remain competitive with other platforms
