As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Planning & Execution: Support the implementation of marketing plans for CS workshops and roadshow involving existing and new clients. - Marketing Agency Coordination: Brief and manage creative agencies for event collaterals, digital assets, and other marketing materials. Handle ad-hoc requests efficiently. - Promotional Materials & Logistics: Oversee the production, distribution, and inventory of event-related promotional items and giveaways. - Participant Management: Manage event invitations, track RSVPs, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a high-quality attendee experience. - Support non-agency events: VCs, Enablers, eCommerce business providers - Lead Generation: Monitor the development of leads by each agency, ensure that leads from the events are progressing through the lead generation funnel. Report on per agency conversion of leads from roadshows (weekly). - Partner Incubation Documentation: gather documentation for agencies to be onboarded in the next round of Star Camp. Goal is 50 agencies. - Account Documentation: Follow-up requirements from agency advertisers i.e. email to confirm they are working with the agency, screen cap of BC sharing access, screen cap of BC indicating admin access. Target 40-60 accts. Communication is still initiated by the APM but follow-up will be done by contingent staff - Data Analytics and Insights: Support Agency Team in the creation of dashboards and reporting for strategy and insights.
