Principal Software Engineer

As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will drive the software design and development of major
components within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure that model, validate, and operate data-center Layer 1
networking infrastructure. You will work on services and platforms that represent physical and logical
network topology, device and port relationships, cabling intent, rack and data-hall placement, validation
workflows, and downstream infrastructure lifecycle operations.

You should be both a rock-solid coder and a lead-level engineer, able to dive deep into service
implementation, data models, APIs, graph-like relationship modeling, validation logic, distributed
workflows, and production issues, while also designing broad system interactions across teams and services.
You should value simplicity, correctness, scale, and operability, and be excited to build software that
supports critical OCI data-center networking infrastructure.
