The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms including TikTok. Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities - Support Product Managers in day-to-day product activities, including requirement documentation, feature tracking, and project coordination - Assist in user research, data analysis, and benchmarking to inform product decisions - Help define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure clear understanding of product requirements - Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as needed - Track feature progress and help identify risks, dependencies, and follow-ups - Prepare product documentation, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders
