About the team: The Information Systems team at ByteDance builds and enhances the company’s internal enterprise platforms, powering critical functions across procurement, contract, workplace services, human resources, finance, legal, and more. We own the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and solution design to implementation, configuration, security, and continuous optimization. Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Product Operations & AI Enablement Manager to build and scale our product operations capabilities with a strong emphasis on AI driven transformation. This role serves as the bridge between Product Management, Engineering, and internal business users, driving alignment, orchestrating workflows, transforming feedback into insights, and championing the adoption of AI tools and methodologies The role anchors on four strategic pillars: 1. AI Enablement & Adoption: Evaluate emerging AI tools, lead pilot programs, drive adoption, and prioritize the highest value manual workflows for AI driven automation. 2. Voice of Customer & Product Analytics: Build a structured feedback engine across multiple channels that captures user sentiment, identifies systemic issues, and channels insights directly into product decisions. 3. Product Go to Market & Lifecycle Operations: Own and streamline the product launch process, ensuring cross functional alignment and effective implementation. Develop frameworks for managing feature rollout, communication and driving product success throughout its lifecycle. 4. Operational Excellence: Design processes, tools, and governance models that reduce friction, scale execution, and enable product teams to move faster with confidence and alignment. This includes conducting market research, building training collateral, and ensuring users understand how to fully leverage new features and workflows. Responsibilities - Partner with stakeholders to understand needs, resolve issues, and provide high value operational support that improves the end to end product experience. - Identify and prioritize the highest value manual workflows for AI automation. Lead the end to end implementation of AI workflows and tools with measurable impact on efficiency and quality. - Serve as the AI enablement lead for the product org. Drive adoption, change management, and training to integrate AI into workflows at scale, reducing manual effort and improving business outcomes. - Build mechanisms to collect, synthesize, and operationalize user feedback and product analytics, ensuring insights directly influence product priorities and illuminate usage patterns and adoption trends. - Drive alignment across cross functional teams by coordinating workflows, managing dependencies, and maintaining standardized operating models, documentation, and SOPs that support predictable delivery. - Communicate product and operational updates clearly and consistently to leadership and partners, ensuring the right information flows to the right audiences at the right time.
