About the Team The Talent Acquisition Process Management team plays a critical role in building a scalable, compliant, and high-quality hiring ecosystem. We focus on: - Hiring Process Excellence: Defining process and governance standards and enhancing candidate experience. - Interview Evaluation: Strengthening assessment frameworks and interviewer enablement. - Hiring Compliance: Establishing clear policies and operational rigor to ensure adherence to company standards and local regulatory requirements across markets. Our goal is to enable hiring teams to operate with clarity and precision - while continuously improving how we hire. As a Program Partner, you will be a key operator ensuring the integrity and efficiency of background check processes across different markets. This role requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to drive operational excellence through coordination and continuous improvement. 1. End-to-End Case Management - Manage background check cases from initiation to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy adherence. - Proactively identify and resolve case issues, escalations, or inconsistencies. 2. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination - Partner closely with recruiters, candidates and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and clear communication. - Act as a key point of contact to drive alignment and maintain service quality. 3. Quality & Compliance Assurance - Ensure all background check processes meet internal standards and local regulatory requirements. - Apply sound judgment in reviewing cases and flagging risks. 4. Operational Excellence & Problem Solving - Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or recurring issues, and propose practical improvements. - Support implementation of process enhancements to improve hiring process governance . 5. Program Support & Execution - Contribute to broader TA process initiatives and projects as needed. - Support coordination across workflows to ensure consistent and scalable operations.
