The risk control team takes charge of carrying out risk identification and evaluating the design and operational effectiveness of internal controls across all of ByteDance's global functions. The team's goal is to become a trustworthy advisor and bring real world value to the company through smart, all-compassing risk management practices and proactive internal controls advisory support. Responsibilities - Drive insights-driven risk work within the Risk Control team through developing, implementing and monitoring business data to promptly identify and address risks, as well as to drive process improvements, and support continuous risk monitoring implementation with data analytics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including all three lines of defence, for in-depth data-driven risk advisory support, process enhancement initiatives, and root cause analysis for fraud prevention. - Stay abreast of emerging technology, industry trends, and cutting-edge risks. - Provide ad hoc support to the team as needed to improve operational efficiency.
