Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Marketing Analytics or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sales Operations -related occupation. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, Marketing Analytics or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Sales Operations-related occupation. Position requires 2 years of experience in the following: Structured problem-solving and root cause analysis for ambiguous business problems, and developing and presenting executive-level recommendations. Managing project scope, timelines, and risks for multi-stakeholder initiatives or End-to-end project management for strategic initiatives, leveraging project management tools for status tracking and driving efficient cross-stakeholder meetings to unblock delays. Managing stakeholder expectations and agreed objectives for collaborative projects or Stakeholder engagement to align on project objectives, including skillfully executing meetings to drive consensus, documenting decisions, and managing follow-up via email. Presenting business cases to senior leadership for project approval or Executive influencing for strategic buy-in using consulting frameworks that weigh business impact vs risks.
