Senior Lending Manager - Global Payment - Indonesia

Team Introduction In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on global scale across all ByteDance's business usecases. -Develop and refine our lending product roadmap and strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business. -Lead regulatory ownership in addition to product work: engage with OJK and other relevant authorities on a frequent basis (~every 2 weeks), prepare and present documents in Bahasa, and ensure compliance with regulations. -Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for lending product growth, risk mitigation, and optimization. -Collaborate with payment and financial service partners to integrate lending solutions (white-label or co-branding) onto our platform, ensuring seamless user experience and regulatory adherence. -Manage the end-to-end process of lending transactions, from customer onboarding to issue resolution, including audit readiness for OJK reviews. -Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in lending, digital finance, and fintech ecosystems.
