About the team We are looking for a Solution Engineer to join our enterprise software team in Japan. The Solution Engineer organization is responsible for our pre-sales process including discovery, needs analysis, demo, and other activities needed to partner with the Sales team in an enterprise software sales cycle. Delivers customer needs to the Global R&D team as a communication bridge, and make the products more suitable for Japan market. About the role This role will work closely with customers to build trust and understand their business needs while partnering with Sales, Go-To-Market, and Digital Consultant (Customer Success) teams to deliver impact. - Deliver customer needs to the Global R&D team as a communication bridge, and make the products more suitable for Japan market - Be a key stakeholder in the end-to-end sales cycle from create to close - Own the insights to fully understand customers' business objectives and pain points - Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations showcasing our platforms strengths as it aligns to customer needs - Drive the evaluation process of our solutions, including identifying key customer objections and partner with the Sales team to create a strategy to resolve blockers
