About the Team The Solution Engineering team at Lark sits at the intersection of business, technology, and customer success. We translate complex customer challenges into practical, scalable solutions using Lark’s collaboration, automation, and AI capabilities. We partner closely with Sales, Product, and customers to design, demonstrate, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Beyond winning deals, we help customers transform how they work by connecting people, processes, and data on a single platform. Job Responsibilities: - Partner with Account Executives to drive complex deals involving multiple C-level stakeholders. - Lead technical discovery and qualification to understand customers’ business objectives, pain points, and success criteria. - Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations and proofs of concept (PoCs) that clearly show how Lark meets customer needs. - Provide first-line technical responses throughout all phases of the sales cycle. - Guide customers through the evaluation process to ensure the proposed solution meets their business objectives and technical requirements. - Partner with cross-functional GTM teams, including Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success, to help customers realize their transformation goals. - Work closely with Product teams to share market insights and influence the product roadmap. - Serve as a trusted technology advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
