Strategy & Operations Manager, Affiliate Partners (Philippines E-Commerce)
About the team: The Platform Operations team is responsible for driving overall growth of the E-Commerce platform by acquiring, onboarding and incubating sellers, creators and third-party vendors to succeed on platform. This includes providing them with development strategies, educational support and other resources to gain success. The incumbent will be responsible for development of a scalable playbook for third party Agency / Affiliate Partners, to establish flexible, product-level operating models that expand coverage to long-tail merchants and emerging creators while improving overall ecosystem efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities - Develop strategies for platform affiliate partners and institutions to achieve performance goals, clarify and optimize cooperation paths, incentive mechanisms, and growth targets for merchants and institutions - Collaborate with industries and merchants to compile platform affiliate partners and institutions success cases and replicable methodologies - Analyze operational challenges of platform affiliate partners and institutions, and drive cross-departmental projects to resolution - Work with product, data, and system teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve the profitability structure of platform affiliate partners and institutions
