Subsidy Strategy & Operations Manager (Philippines E-Commerce)
About the team The team specialize in planning and executing both online and offline campaign initiatives tailored to user behavior. With a strong emphasis on data-driven performance analysis, content innovation (like livestreams and short videos), and collaborative execution, the team plays a key role in boosting platform engagement, efficiency, and e-commerce brand visibility. Responsibilities - Be responsible for seller recruitment and penetration of the seller co-fund project; Understand the profit levels and core demands of different types of sellers, so as to boost sellers’ willingness to participate in the project and drive them to increase investment on the platform - Take charge of subsidy strategy formulation; Adjust subsidy strategies across different scenarios, user groups and AOV tiers to improve subsidy efficiency and drive GMV growth - Build linkage mechanisms between the business and consumer sides from both seller operation and user subsidy perspectives; Collaborate with cross-functional teams including industry teams and other strategy teams to deliver assigned business targets - Establish reasonable subsidy data and money efficiency metrics, and define ROI standards for experimental frameworks based on business value - Manage internal team budgets, continuously improve money efficiency, and cooperate with business teams and DS teams to build the subsidy data system
