We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey! Responsibilities Deeply understand the business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs, and partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing and hiring strategies. Identify, attract, and negotiate complex compensation packages and close all level candidates. Continuously deliver high-quality candidates and fulfill the hiring goal. Act as an employer branding champion to cultivate hiring managers and interviewers to represent the company's culture in a meaningful way. Partner with assigned business group(s), ensure a deep understanding of business strategy, and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. Assist with cyclical HR programs, including performance management, engagement survey, and recognition. Manage employee disciplinary issues and advise business leaders on managing each case. Proactively assess employees, teams, and organizational development needs, and make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions.
