About the Team The Lark Global Parntership Team is a strong and dynamic team and is focused on conveying Lark's value propositions through close relationship with partners. The team’s technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively are key to ensuring our customers’ success and satisfaction. As part of this team, you will work closely with sales, product development and customers to achieve success in customer acquisition and product market. Job Responsibilities: - Be a key stakeholder in the end-to-end sales cycle - Become the trusted technology advisor for customers, partners and internal teams. - Own the technical discovery and qualification process to fully appreciate customers' business objectives and pain points - Provide first-line technical responses during all phases of a sales cycle - Prepare and deliver value-based demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept showcasing Lark platforms strengths as they align to customer success criteria - Partner with Lark GTM teams (i.e. Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and CSMs) in realizing customers' transformational visions - Identify customer objections and partner with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Engineering) to create acceptable solutions
