The Top Creator Team focuses on managing and scaling high-performing creators on our Platform. The team drives revenue growth by optimizing livestream strategies, improving creator performance through data insights, and executing high-impact campaigns such as Super KLS. It also plays a key role in identifying, onboarding, and incubating emerging creators to build a strong and sustainable creator pipeline. The Top Creator Management Intern supports the growth and performance of creators by combining data analysis with hands-on execution. The role involves tracking creator performance, coordinating livestreams and campaigns, supporting Super KLS initiatives, and assisting in onboarding and incubating new creators. This position plays a key role in ensuring creators are optimized for sales, engagement, and long-term success on the platform. Responsibilities 1. Data & Performance Tracking: Monitor creator metrics (GMV, KLS, conversion rates), analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize live selling and content strategies. 2. Creator Management: Assist in day-to-day coordination with creators—scheduling, campaign alignment, performance follow-ups, and ensuring smooth execution of livestreams and brand collaborations. 3. Super KLS Execution: Support planning and execution of high-impact livestream sessions (Super KLS), including assortment strategy and real-time coordination to maximize sales performance. 4. Creator Onboarding & Incubation: Help onboard new creators, guide them through platform tools and best practices, and support their early-stage growth through structured incubation programs.
