About the Team The Top Creator Team partners closely with celebrities, top-tier creators, and rising influencers to accelerate the growth of the e-commerce ecosystem. We focus on building a healthy creator pipeline, elevating content excellence, and enabling creators to succeed commercially across all categories. About the Role In this role, you will work directly with celebrities and fast-growing creators to unlock their full commercial potential. You will acquire, incubate, and nurture creators across multiple categories, supporting them in content growth, livestream performance, and overall e-commerce capabilities. Responsibilities - Creator Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top creators and celebrities. Serve as the main point of contact to guide them through onboarding, growth, and monetization on the E-commerce platform. - Performance & Growth Strategy: Track creator performance (e.g., LIVE GMV, Monthly Live Plan with brand matchmaking), identify key levers for growth, and implement personalized strategies to accelerate results. - Content Collaboration: Lead the planning and optimization of commerce-driven content, including live sessions and short videos, alongside creators. Ensure content aligns with platform trends and delivers commercial impact. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with category managers, marketing, and MCN teams to align creator efforts with campaign priorities and ecosystem development goals. - Campaign & Incentive Design: Design and execute tailored creator JBP (Joint Business Plans), commission incentives, and campaign collaborations that drive creator retention and sales conversion. - Ecosystem Expansion: Identify and onboard celebrity and macro-influencer profiles into the E-commerce platform. Grow new creator categories such as cooking or outdoor verticals, supporting diversified content commerce.
