User Operations Manager - Live Streaming
The Live Streaming team is dedicated to building a vibrant and engaging ecosystem for our global users. We focus on understanding user needs through data-driven insights and executing localized operational strategies to drive user retention, engagement, and monetization. As part of this team, you will play a key role in managing the user lifecycle and optimizing growth for our entertainment live-streaming business in international markets. Responsibilities: - Drive user operations for overseas Chinese users on the live streaming platform, developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Manage the end-to-end user lifecycle by identifying user pain points and needs through data analysis and research. - Implement strategies across the conversion funnel—from acquisition and retention to monetization—to continuously grow the engaged user base and improve Lifetime Value (LTV). - Organize and execute large-scale online activities and campaigns to efficiently drive revenue growth.
