Responsible for designing and iterating policies, systems, and management rules related to flexible staffing, including outsourcing, labor dispatch, and project-based cooperation. 2. Establish a flexible staffing management framework aligned with business growth and compliance requirements; drive standardization, process optimization, and risk-based governance. 3. Collaborate with HRBPs, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and business teams to implement flexible staffing projects, balancing operational efficiency, cost, and risk. 4. Build and refine the flexible staffing supplier entry, evaluation, and governance systems; improve partnership standards and management mechanisms. 5. Continuously monitor staffing structures, costs, and risk indicators through data analysis to support management decision-making. 6. Track domestic and international flexible staffing policy changes and industry best practices to drive continuous upgrades of internal governance mechanisms.
